This yearly service plan provides three (3) seasonal services to your home.  The plan provides timely preventive interior and exterior applications.  Included in the first service is the control of any immediate pest problems.  In addition, free emergency service is available whenever required (during normal working hours).  Our guarantee to you is that we will provide this service by the next working day or you will receive a credit toward future service.*

* Provided that you, the customer, require service by the next working day.  This plan does not cover termites or other wood destroying insects, mosquitoes, animals, birds, or any other pest not included in this plan (unless otherwise noted).

NOTE: If you are not home during scheduled appointments, treatment and inspections will be made to the exterior, the major entry points for insects and rodents, and will be considered a completed service for your convenience.
